Welcome to Tailvine! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Tailvine. Tailvine operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Tailvine is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms and conditions, together with any policies referred to in them (these "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.
Nothing in these Terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
To use the Services, including purchasing products, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address and your billing, payment and shipping details. You confirm that the information you provide is correct, current and complete.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell or assign your account to anyone else.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to show our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may look slightly different depending on your device and screen settings.
We may update product descriptions, discontinue products or limit the quantities we sell at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Tailvine reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email, and we must receive your payment before your order is accepted. If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will contact you using the details provided with your order and refund any payment in full.
Your purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price you pay will be the price in effect when you place your order, as set out in your order confirmation email. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include free shipping within the United States. Any sales tax that applies will be shown at checkout.
From time to time we may run promotions with their own terms. If a promotion's terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms will apply.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and contact information, and you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Delivery times shown are estimates. If your order has not arrived 15 business days after you placed it, please contact us and we will reship it or refund you in full, as set out in our Shipping Policy.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all trademarks, brand names, text, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and their design and arrangement, are owned by Tailvine or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, distribute, modify, republish or otherwise use any material from the Services without our prior written permission.
Tailvine's name, logos, product names and slogans are trademarks of Tailvine. Shopify's name, logo and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other names and marks belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
The Services may include tools, content or links provided by third parties. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. Your use of any third-party tools or websites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.
SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Tailvine is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Tailvine. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Tailvine, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Tailvine.
SECTION 9 – PRIVACY
All personal information we collect through the Services is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit may be shared with Shopify and with our service partners, some of whom may be located outside the United States, in order to provide the Services to you. SECTION 10 – REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
We only publish genuine reviews from real customers, and we never edit a review in a way that changes its meaning.
If you send us reviews, suggestions or other feedback ("Feedback"), you allow us to use, reproduce, publish and display it to operate and promote our Services, without payment to you. You confirm that your Feedback is your own, honest and lawful, and that you have disclosed any incentive you received for it. We may remove Feedback that we consider unlawful, offensive or misleading.
SECTION 11 – ERRORS
Occasionally, information on our Services may contain errors relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, delivery times or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders affected by an error. If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full.

- infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property;
- harass, abuse or harm anyone;
- send false or misleading information, spam or malicious code;

SECTION 14 – OUR PRODUCTS AND YOUR RIGHTS
The information on our Services is for general information only. Apart from any rights you have under applicable consumer law, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
Tailvine litter particles are color indicators, not medical tests, and they don't diagnose any condition. A color change is a reason to call your vet. Always talk to your vet about your cat's health.
SECTION 15 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for any business losses such as loss of profit or revenue. Our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
SECTION 16 – GENERAL
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. These Terms and our policies form the entire agreement between you and us. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours to another business, provided this does not reduce your rights.
SECTION 17 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the state where you live.
SECTION 18 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting changes on this page. The Terms that apply to your order are those in effect when you placed it.
