If you're not happy with your order for any reason, email hello@tailvine.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days. For our litter particles, you don't need to send anything back.

Damaged or wrong item?
Send us a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Order not arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived 15 business days after you placed it, email us and we'll reship it or refund you in full.
